Open-ish provides a simple tool to coordinate availability (“Who’s Free Tonight?”). The service is offered as-is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or harm others through the product.
- Attempt to break security, overload systems, or scrape at scale.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
Content
You are responsible for hangout titles, descriptions, and share links you create, and for replies you submit. We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates these terms or puts the service or others at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open-ish and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
